Central Park‘s long-time Doris C. Freedman Plaza now has a new female figure, complete as a bronze sculpture. She is frozen in time just as she might have been seen wandering the streets of New York City during the 1970s. The finger was placed firmly on the shutter button, her shoes were painted a nice shade of summer orange to humanize the sculpture.
