Perrie Edwards and Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain are going to be parents!
The couple announced their pregnancy a week after fellow Little Mix member, Leigh-Anne Pinnock, 29, revealed that she is expecting a baby. Leigh is expecting her first child with fiancé Andre Gray who is also a soccer star. She posted images from a maternity shoot including some of her soccer star fiancé with one hand on Pinnock’s stomach and the other on her shoulder.
“We’ve dreamed about this moment for so long and we can’t believe the dream is finally coming true,” the singer captioned the post. “We can’t wait to meet you. ❤”, Leigh captioned.
On Monday, Perrie, 27, announced that she is pregnant, expecting her first baby with Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain, 27, a professional soccer player. She shared the news on Instagram posting a pair of black-and-white maternity photos. She showcased her baby bump alongside Oxlade-Chamberlain.
Perrie Edwards captioned the photo, “So happy to be on this wild journey with my soulmate. Me + Him = You ♥ We can’t wait to meet you baby Ox!”
Furthemore, Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain shared the exciting news on social media. He said, “Anyone got any advice on how to change nappies? So grateful and excited to become a dad ❤ bring on the sleepless nights.”
Leigh-Anne commented on Perrie Edwards’s post. She said “Arghhhhhhhh so so so happy for you both! And so bloody happy we get to go on this journey together! Love you so much.”’
Jade Thirlwall commented on the image as well. She said “Beaming for you both. I am the luckiest auntie in the world! Love you x.”
Along with Jade and Leigh, other celebrities like Millie Bobby Brown, Lydia Connel and former Little Mix member, Jesy Nelson’s ex-boyfriend, Chris Hughes also congratulated her.
